I made it to the beach in time to join Zolotov and his students enjoying the waves in the sea. The we went to the shore and watched sun setting into the sea.

I woke up at 2 pm, found that my girlfriend went to bellydance class, and decided to eat some berries. They are black nd sweet.

Self-made street book ads

This Vietnamese guy studies programming in Irkutsk (Russia) University. He has 5 brothers and 3 sisters. His father fought on North side in the war. I gave him a link to Klaus Joehle book "The Messenger" - maybe he would want to translate it into his language.

Saw shift-made book ad on a srteet in Lazarevskoye: "New interesting book ... arrived to book shoos. You'll read about..." I will design such ads and will ask my readers to place them in crowded places. I like this idea!

В электричке по пути до Голубой дачи заговорил с парнем азиатской внешности. Оказался вьетнамцем, студентом-программистом в Иркутском универе. У него 5 братьев и 3 сестры. 2 брата - с высшим образованием. Живут на самом юге страны. Отец воевал против американцев.

Дал ему свои координаты и ссылку на книгу Клауса Джоула "Посланник", предложил переевести ее на вьетнамский, если она ему понравится.

Видел в Лазаревском самодельную рекламу какой-то книжки: "В магазины поступила интересная книга ... Читайте в ней о ..." Захотел сделать подобную партизанскую рекламу книгам Клауса Джоула! Сделаю, прекрасная идея.

On a local train again

Again we are riding commuter train along the Black Sea shore. This time our goal is Volkonka, a village with a famous megalitic object Dolmen, a huge stone box with round hole that has a fitting stone lid.

Night wedding at seminar

At 11-30 pm we went to seminar hall and found that everybody is celebrating a wedding. We got costumes of a camel and an ostrich (sic). Now we are singing songs.

Last night I left Boris Zolotov seminar hall (particiants were split into 7 teams to create artistic Birthday greetings to Olga). I went to sleep at 5, woke at 10, did some emailing and went to sleep again. Gala came at 7 and woke me up at 1 pm - it was just the time to catch a train to Lazarevskoye.

We caught it OK, even had to wait, because it was late. Train fare is 8 roubles - $0.25. Minibus fare would be 25 roubles = $0.75.

Это я еду на электричке в Лазаревское, там есть бнкомат втб24 и единственный здесь супермаркет Магнит. Еще хотим пойти посмотреть гигантские камни в долине какой-то речки.

Hitch-hiking to Boris Zolotov seminar

Our ship from Kerch, Ukraine to Russia was delayed on Ukrainian side, so Gala and I missed the bus to Lazarevskoye. What do we do now? We decided to hitch-hike our way. It was a first time for the both of us, and we were not sure how to act. At first Gala was too shy. I told her to be more open to sell us to a driver. We created a make-shift sign and were very thrilled when a young woman from Customs gave us a ride of about 10 km.

Then there was an Armenian to Anapa (he got a brilliant idea to befriend his 10-year son to put their relasions in good shape) and young Moscovites to Tuapse. There we just got on the bus that we did not make before.

I'm leaving for Boris Zolotov seminar

Gala and I are leaving for Boris Zolotov seminar (he gives ESP seminars for last 25 years) in Lazarevskoye, near Sochi, Russia. Writing a blog message reminds me to send love to our travel way.

Yestertay Gala and I went to Hydropark beach. Boy, was it crowded! Look for yourself.

Time to leave for the Black Sea. We've got tickets for Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Good.

I'm in Kiev

I'm back in my home city of Kiev, Ukraine. I enjoy my time here and wait for money that publisher of Klaus Joehle books that I translate into Russian owes me. When I get money I plan to go to Boris Zolotov seminar in Lazarevskoye (Sochi, Russia). My itinerary:

1. Train Kiev - Kerch (Crimea)
2. Boat Kerch - Port Kavkaz
3. Bus Port Kavkaz - Lazarevskoye

Translating Zolotov lectures into English

Post at Official forum for Boris Zolotov seminars says that Victor Michailov is leading an effort to translate some of lectures and videos by Zolotov into European languages. This probably means that they translate into English and maybe Hungarian.

I sent Victor a note that I'd like to help.

Hungarian team at seminar in Sochi

Hungarian team was due to arrive to Boris Zolotov seminar in Sochi on June 24, 2009. The fact that video streaming was cut from around that date may mean that Zolotov is doing important magical work with help from his Hungarian students.
